Clare Cheesmur
Senior Account Manager

Clare joined Anglia Labels in February 2024 and ensures everything runs smoothly for our customers, delivering great service every step of the way. With a strong background in packaging across a wide range of substrates and sectors, Clare thrives on the variety that comes with supporting such a diverse client base. No two days are ever the same – and that’s just how she likes it. Outside work, Clare enjoys travelling to sunny destinations and experiencing different cultures. She also happens to have a private pilot’s licence!

Tak Cheung
Print & Account Manager

Tak has been with Anglia Labels since 2003 and plays a vital role in ensuring customer jobs are delivered smoothly – from estimates and artwork to production and problem-solving. He’s known for being efficient, reliable and trustworthy, and regularly steps in to support the production team when needed. Prior to joining Anglia Labels, Tak worked as an Ink Inplant Manager for Sun Chemicals. A passionate traveller, he loves discovering new cultures and cuisines around the world, and follows Formula 1, tennis and cycling closely.

Patrick Hasler
Account Executive

Patrick has been part of Anglia Labels since 2003, bringing more than two decades of hands-on production experience to his current customer service and sales support role. He manages customer enquiries from quote to production and is always on hand to assist the account management team. Patrick’s background in design and in-depth knowledge of the factory floor – having run every process except the digital presses – make him a unique asset to both the team and our clients. Away from the office, Patrick is a bass player and singer in a local band, and a self-confessed reluctant gardener.

Andrea Pisani
Operations Manager

Andrea joined Anglia Labels in November 2024 and leads all operational procedures across the business, including Health & Safety. With a background spanning both marketing and print, Andrea brings a wealth of experience and a proactive mindset to the team. Most recently, she achieved her IOSH Managing Safely certification and is passionate about helping the business continue to grow and thrive. Outside of work, Andrea is kept busy by her five dachshunds and a labrador, and also enjoys spending time riding and caring for a horse she loans.

Tracy East
Customer Services Co-ordinator

Tracy has been part of the Anglia Labels team since 1989 – having joined straight from school – and is a true cornerstone of the company. She looks after customer queries, sales order processing, invoicing, and keeps everything in the office ticking over smoothly. With decades of experience under her belt, there’s not much she doesn’t know about how things work around here! Outside of work, Tracy enjoys long countryside walks, reading (the grislier the better), and cheering on AFC Sudbury at the weekend – usually with a bag of cheesy chips in hand. Fun fact: she once appeared as an extra on The Only Way is Essex!

Katie Thompson
Marketing Manager

Katie joined Anglia Labels in October 2023 and leads on all things marketing – from social media and email campaigns to managing the website. With a background in marketing for a music production company, she brings creativity, energy, and a strategic mindset to the team. Katie loves working with such a supportive and friendly group of people and enjoys finding new ways to showcase the business. Outside of work, she can usually be found walking her dogs or on the yoga mat – and once upon a time, she was a waterski instructor!

Hayley de Villiers
Finance Manager

Hayley joined Anglia Labels as Finance Manager in May 2026 and is responsible for financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. Having worked as a finance contractor for a variety of companies after relocating from St Albans to Suffolk, she brings a wealth of experience and enjoys the variety that comes with working in a manufacturing environment. Hayley particularly values being part of such a friendly and supportive team.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys exploring the Suffolk countryside on long walks, entertaining friends and travelling. She is also a qualified ski coach, specialising in ski racing and teaching people with additional needs. At home, she and her family have an orchard of apple trees, and each autumn they make their own apple juice to enjoy throughout the year and share with family and friends.
